  So I recently got some technician from elite electric to come fix my mother's electric fence. When I talk to the gentleman I stated that the fence had gone off the track causing a brackets that hold the chain and give it tension to shift. Therefore, the chain was lower than what it was. It also had a lot of gunk around the pulley inside the box. I had asked for a tune-up as well as to re-tighten the chain and to adjust the brackets. When I went back to my mother's the chain looked the same, The gunk was still there and the bracket was still shifted. So I do not know what he charged my mother $149 for when everything looked just the same as when I called them to do the tune-up and adjustments I texted the technician offered to send pictures. I even said that the work they did a previous year was great. It was top-notch last year and so I was expecting the same kind of service this time around and I did not receive anywhere near the kind of service that I got last year. I don't know if it was the same gentleman or different technician but I will say this, when I was explaining the issues to the technician, he had the audacity to tell me that he was a professional to leave it to them they knew what they were doing. Saying something as dismissive as that to a customer is unacceptable and shows lack of professionalism. I am very disappointed in the service that I received from elite electric and I wish could get a refund because now I got to call someone else to try and fix the issue. If I could give zero stars I would. Edit: I have to add my response here because I'm not allowed to respond to your comment. You wont find the name because The account is under my mother's name, not my Gmail account I'm reviewing on her behalf. And yes, when the technician came to my mother's last year, he did a really great job this year, I don't know what the heck happened, The job wasn't done well if any at all because it all looked the same. All that was requested was to do a tune-up oil the chain and put tension back on the chain so it wouldn't be so loose. My mother felt taken advantage of and all you have to say is that you do a professional job each and every time. The standards that were out in place with the service received last year were not met this year.

  Robert came after my regular electrician couldn't make it because of health concern. After a few calls Elite Electric was the first to respond. I'm glad they did. Robert check the bathroom outlets because I said that's where the problem was and I was wrong. He checked one outlet, outside of all places and found the problem. Don't know if anybody could have found it that quick. He fixed it and now all outlets are working great. Robert is also a great conservationist. We struck a conversation from the get go. Robert knows his stuff after 40 plus years I would hope so. Thanks Robert and now I found my knew Electrician.

  Diagnosed the problem quickly when other electricians could not , don’t waste your time get a professional to do the job right the first time .
