  Elite Electric Services was contracted through my home warranty company for a faulty bathroom vanity light late on a Friday night. I was worried if this would potentially be a fire hazard and called the emergency line. I spoke with Chris from Elite who was fantastic. He listened thoroughly to my full issue, offered to look at the pictures of the light fixture, etc and offered a recommendation and reassurance that this did not necessitate an emergency call and could wait until the normal service call on Monday. Elite called me on Monday to schedule service for the next business day, and walked me through the steps of what would and could be done for the repair. They were very thorough again with answering all my questions and efficient with scheduling. I opted to have them just go ahead and replace the light fixture, which was a service above and beyond the warranty call, and the rate was extremely reasonable. Will definitely be recommending them to others and using them again. Hint: if you have American Home Shield, ask for them as your preferred vendor.

  Highly recommend Nick. He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable with the work he completed. 👍 Had his mask on with booties, called before he arrived and was on time. Thanks for identifying the issues and addressing them so quickly. 👍👍

  Elite Electric Solutions was provided by my Home Warranty (American Home Shield) to service and electrical issues request. Excellent customer service, and the technician was professional and very knowledgeable. Elite Electric Solutions able to resolve my problem in a quick and timely manner. I would definitely recommend for any of your electrical needs. 5 star service
