  This was my first time at Elliott Electric Supply. We walked in and no one greeted us. (It really wasn't that busy, only one other customer was in there.) So we just kind of stood there. We ended up walking up to Taylor to ask her for help. Taylor at counter sales was not helpful at all!! She wasn't very friendly and acted as if she really didn't want us to be there.

  The customer service is awesome. I came in not knowing what I needed just with a part that needed replaced and I was helped quickly and efficiently.
