  They didn’t show for the first two appointments they set. No call. I set an appointment with a different company. Before the other company came out, This company shows up out of the blue, on a day we didn’t even Have an appointment. I was charged 220$ for labor for 30 min of work. They fixed literally 1 of the 10 issues I called about. Sent another technicican a different day, where I was again charged for more labor than I should have been, and again they fixed 1 of many issues. Didn’t have the right equipment to fix or even check anything else. Called to discuss this and was told I could not speak to anyone besides the person who always answers the phone, who is always less than helpful and extremely rude. Definitely taking advantage of the small town business affect. Not much competition so they treat customers poorly and charge astronomically.

  Very unprofessional people try to make up work that doesn’t exist and force you to come out of pocket to pay them for something you never called in. Also as odd as it is I seen (grant) try to fist fight with random civilians while on the job would never in my life call them for business again

  Poor communication, very unorganized, I waited over two weeks for a quote and when I finally called to follow up the technician took no pictures and the office service manager had no idea of what was going on. They never return emails or answer calls with good customer services, the service manager is very rude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
