  I was crossing a crosswalk and there was a family with a baby in a stroller crossing from the other side and a man in a Elmund & Nelson electric company truck ran through the crosswalk. His car was very close to me and almost hit me, the family from the other end was very surprised too. The truck said #140, there was a light he had to stop at right after so I took a picture
