  I called after hours because my main circuit breaker was tripping and I had no power. I needed an emergency electrician that evening. The first person I called was courteous and professional, but they passed me on to someone who completely ignored my problem. She said best she could do was take my information and get back to me if something opened up. Instead of doing that, she used my information to start a HomeAdvisor electrical project for me, which subscribed me to tons of spam emails about my "electrical project". I never received a call back about my emergency.
