  Tim Pillarella and his team completed all the electrical needs -- including a security system, of my new home. I was impressed by their professionalism and warmth. HOWEVER, a few years went by and i tried to have Tim come and look at some electrical jobs i needed completed and was basically blown-off by Tim! He would return one call out of numerous that i left him, promised that he would stop by and never did and then finally stopped returning my calls entirely!!!! I decided to have another security company come and look at the system he installed and was MORTIFIED to learn that the system (expensive at the time) was primitive and basic. Not one of my windows or french doors were alarmed for glass-breakage, etc. I have had to install a complete new system. Look elsewhere if you need an electrician!
