  Empire Electrical Service saved us! They were responsive from the first call, came in the window designated and gave a reasonable quote to take care of our work. Being family owned, I felt like they really cared about making sure we were satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them if we have a need in the future.

  Called with an emergency 3 hours before having a houseful of people on a Saturday afternoon. Of the 5+ electricians I called, they were the only ones who called me back. Tech was kind enough to walk me through the problem on the phone and fix the problem myself. I was able to have my party with the lights on which was very helpful. He could have easily fixed the problem in a matter of minutes and charged hundreds of dollars. He chose not to do that which should allow people to trust. Will call again but hoping I won't need to. Thank you again.
