  I saw some Negative reviews... sounds like their is a Personal Gripe, not a true reflection of the company. I have been working with the company since 2010.... NEVER had an issue. Yes Bruce is Busy so are all Presidents of the Company. And in 10 years I have never been treated rudely.... Maybe these people are too sensitive.

  Had Bruce do some substation work we gave him the plans and he said i have a better idea his better Idea put the job 3 months behind. I called to find a solution the lady who i am assuming was the office manager was very rude I think he might be in over his head on complex large jobs I.will seek counsel for a solution.

  Treats employees horribly- everyone lies to get ahead at this company. Management lies to employees and talks about employees behind their backs. "Eliminates" positions so that the office manager can promote useless family members and this has happened on more than one occasion. The world must cater to the owners daughter Samantha if she doesn't get her way she makes up lies to get people fired.
