  Entergy Arkansas is the absolute worse. I paid my electric bill twice, by mistake. I requested a refund of the overage which totaled $446.00 around the end of November. I was told it would be direct deposited back to me the next day. Next day came, no deposit. I called back and was told the individual that assisted me previously didn't know what they were doing. The new agent proceeded to tell me it would take approx. 3-4 weeks to process my request. Here I am, 12/22/21 and I still haven't received my check and my December bill has pulled from my overage. Way to go Entergy - way to take care of your valuable customers requests.

  I have tried four numbers to reach Entergy. None of them work. Not the ones on the top two Google listings. I wanted to reach an employee about another subject and have not been able to reach anyone at Entergy. Entergy please post a working number so that people can contact you.
