  Recent weather caused my parents generator to fail. Turned out the problem was a power surge from the incoming electrical that caused the problem and ruined the controller board. Anyway since parts were on back order and unavailable we had a new unit installed and some other necessary repairs due to power surge. Everyone was very professional and service was outstanding. Highly recommend this business

  My experience with Erb Electric was great. The young lady who answered the phone was nice and courteous. I wish I could remember her name. She went out of her way to get me an electrician the same day. Gary was prompt and very helpful. He had the issue solved within 15 minutes. Thank you Gary.

  Super expensive, quoted us a outrageous price for something simple and the guy who came out was rude. Took them almost a month to give us a quote on the work we were looking to get done. Glad we won’t use them.
