  Super professional And knowledgeable staff both in and out of the office. Dealt with Barbara at the office and Bill in the field and both treated us with a great level of respect and courtesy that is really not found that many businesses today. They were thoughtful and they replied to all of our concerns and addressed our issues in a manner that was efficient and cost-effective.

  They came on time. Billy the service tech was great. He explained everything he was going to look at and what could be causing the issue. He found it quickly and the bill reflected that. So glad I found Essential Power. I have used them before on Portable generators also and they always get the job done right.

  The owners are amazing. I am there battery guy and they are very pleasant to deliver to. They always offer me snacks and even gave me $50 and a card for Christmas. Amazing people God bless them.
