Wouldn’t you know it, had a hard freeze and heater went out. ETR quickly diagnosed the problem. Not their fault, but supply chain issues delayed installation a week! Luckily, Brian said we could run it while we were there so we could watch it. Actually enjoyed sleeping in the cold like I did in the house I grew up in! Wife and dog didn’t though! All good now. Think I’m getting the service agreement this time.

In 2014 we upgraded our a/c system to a Trane. The ETR company services our system and we have been absolutely satisfied with every contact we have ever had with the company from the very helpful office personnel to the very competent and professional services staff. Dylan came out to do a basic service check on our residential system. He was thoroughly professional, yet personable and friendly. The whole encounter seemed more like a friend or family visit than a service call. He is a very knowledgable and skilled technician, and explained everything he was doing. We decided to purchase the ESA in large part because of the impression Dylan left. Very impressed.

Keaton did a great job diagnosing the problem with my Trane heat pump. They got me a new replacement compressor in less than 36 hours. Keaton and Blane installed it very efficiently and it's running perfectly! I am delighted! Great service from friendly folks! Can't beat that!!

The company showed up on time and the crew was friendly and professional!  Liked working with them!  The installation for our power and AC looked great and they finished up in showing us about where to install the filter and what they thought was the best kind! Problem was heat strips tripped Circuit Breakers when they were called on to produce heat. Turns out that when these two units were installed last April, I should have been told to install two additional 240 electrical lines to the units in order for the heat strips to function properly. The technician quickly evaluated and troubleshooted the units and after wires were run by electrician, hooked them up to both units and now have no issues.

Aaron Miller was very courteous and knowledgeable.  He performed a heat load analysis for my three AC/Heating systems.  He provided information that was pertinent to my home as one of my systems is being replaced through my home warranty.

I've been a customer of ETR since 2018.  They installed my initial system and I've been an annual maintenance customer since the initial service check process expired.  Worth every penny in my opinion.  They come out and do a professional grade inspection and cleaning and explain everything they did twice a year.  I've had a few different service people but they have ALL been extremely professional.  The part I like the best is that they aren't here to upsell you on stuff when they are doing the maintenance.  They will tell you if something may need to be replaced in the near future which is awesome as you can plan for it.  I was very impressed with Bryar, who handled my call today.  I would DEFINITELY recommend these guys.

i have been using ETR for 3 yrs now. Solid outfit with very knowledgeable and proffessional people.  they are keeping my old equipment running in peak performance . Best value is buying their maintanece contract. its a game changer.  just had dylan wall perform my maintanence and he found 2 burned contacts outside on the heat pump. life saver.  theyve literally rebuilt my inside unit from spare parts ( factory parts) that were thought to be out of production. it tookem about 4 months to find the parts but they did and saved me $$$$$$ .  my system runs like a well oiled machine AGAIN!!!!! thanks ETR. costumer for life.
