  I upgraded my HVAC system from electric resistance to a heat pump. I looked for superlative installation and certainly found that with Evergreen State. From the very start Blaine answered all of my excessive technology questions and designed a robust system to meet my requirements. I wanted to move the air handler from the crawl space to an interior closet and Cliff and Rich quickly determined that they could make that happen! Within a week, Evergreen State was back for the installation. Everyone was on time, courteous, and professional. I kept myself out of the way except a few moments where I just had to ask some questions. Dom received the first barrage of installation day questions, and he responded clearly, in a manner that seemed effortless, and was openly welcoming – made me feel great all the way around! As the installation progressed, I observed consistent attention to detail and quality. About half way through the install they asked me about preferred placement for something. I shared my admiration for the excellence of their work and my response was simply, “I trust you and empower you to just do the right thing.” Rich then talked of “craftsmanship”, the importance of his personal brand, and the Evergreen State brand. Dom supported with similar. Wow, I was/am so very impressed. Skipping ahead to the end result… the system is wonderful, the house is uniformly warm, the air quality is fantastic, and it is blissfully quiet. Of course, I crawled the crawl space and inspected all of the work (duct, electrical, pipe/tubing runs, etc.) and it is outstanding, and everything was left clean and neat! Thank you Evergreen State Heat & AC!

  I had a Mitsubishi ductless heat pump installed. Several electrical services done by Christian. Brandon, Dom installed the unit. Blaine was my original point of contact with this company. He was very patient explained everything and even corrected incorrect information I was given by other companies. This company was so impressive. I compared several companies and I was so right with this choice. Service was fast, efficient and very professional. Very sensitive to my home and current environment. Would definitely recommend them. They were responsive and customer service was exceptional.

  Garrett and team are absolutely amazing!!! I have used their services a couple times now and it has always been fantastic. Great communication, quick service, and friendly employees. 10/10 would recommend them to anybody.
