  Evergy in general is a scam! They can't answer simple questions about your bill and have some sort of "other" category that is generally the majority of your bill. Probably cheaper to just get solar than use Evergy.

  TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE on phone, will try a real person because they took my money but applied it to a different person's bill. 4th attempt to resolve this issue.

  An all automated customer service experience . No one to answer questions no service at all. Power out for 7 hours and counting. No accountability. And they don't care as they are a legal monopoly.
