  Today, 11-5-2021. You wouldn't give "him" the time of day when you were working next door. He asked what about what you would charged for installation of a 22' canopy. All you said was call for appt. for a quote. If you don't know an approximate number between $X though $Z and just say "Make an appointment", you just lost thousands of dollars business, because we have multiple projects. Yet neighbor across street gets a hand shake. We get brushed off by you. You lost thousands of dollars from us, repeat business, and thousands of dollars of referrals, from who we know.., not a good first impression. Wouldn't recommend you for anything. Too bad, we have multiple contacts for future business. PS. I hope you can afford $50,000 +/-loss. You have no who you just blew off.

  These folks know their stuff. And they are more than fair. Will bend over backwards to make sure their customers are happy.
