  Professionally done! He said he'd be at my house in 30-45 minutes. Arrived in exactly 30 minutes. So there's the issue of punctuality. I explained my problem to him, and he knew just what to do. He described what he was doing and how it worked as he worked. Everything is explained in layman's terms. When working with the public, excellent customer service abilities are essential. These men had it far too easy. Very approachable. You can tell when someone is passionate about what they do. I still need some electrical work done.   Lawrence, Kansas-based Excalibur Electrical - Contractor and Repair Service did an excellent job. They arrived promptly, and the price was reasonable. The electrician was pleasant and knowledgeable, and he cleaned up after himself. They come highly recommended from me!

  He and his team were excellent to work with. They were communicative, showed up 5 minutes early every day, and got the work done exactly as they said. They have done 3 different projects for me now, all which have gone smoothly.
