  The technicians were curious and professional. However the company overcharged us by over $3,000. The company refuses to give our home insurance adjuster what they continually asked for. I spoke to a Christina who was more then rude and basically stated it was my problem. They wanted to charge me $17,000 to replace our circuit breaker that got damaged by a faulty light socket. Instead they acted like they did us a favor by charging us $9,000. We had to go through a financial company they use to get the work started. Express Electrical got paid the $9,000 they quoted and now I have to fight them to give my adjuster the simple information needed so I can get some of the work covered. Express continually refused to give the information needed that our adjuster based on the info they did provide informed us we were overcharged more then $3,000. How is that not right!! I will never recommend them not even to my worst enemy. They're thieves and take advantage of people. I'm going to continue to call them and soon going to get legal representation. All my adjuster needs is a break down of the work done to determine that in fact a faulty light socket caused our breakers to burn out. My home was in danger of causing a fire. I have 2 young children living in the home. I don't recommend then to anyone. Who overcharges a customer by $3000? That's just wrong. If I have to find the owner I will do so. Or if my attorney gets a court order for them to provide my adjuster with what he needs I can finally put this nightmare behind us.

  Called a bit before 5pm when half our breaker shorted and left us with no power. They said a service technician would be in touch soon and after an hour called to tell us it would be $400 +work$ just for someone to show up. They told us their business hours are 6am-3pm so anything after 3pm is a $400 charge for same day. By 6:30 they called us again to say no one could be out tonight but theyll come at 6am for the same price. We of course canceled and found another company that closed at 7pm that sent someone out last minute with no extra charge.

  JR is knowledgeable and has a lot of experience because he explained to me the reasons to refurbish my panel that caused me to do it, in order to prevent any future hazards and fires. JR got he job done before the time he estimated and he was very kind and sociable which made me feel confident in him being honest and giving me a good price. J.R. offered me several options and did not pressure me into choosing which option I should do by making me think I was gonna be skimping on the work that was necessary to make my home safe. He reassured me that his price and work came with a 30 month warranty if anything goes wrong later. Overall I had a very good experience with Express Electrical and I recommend them to anybody who wants quality work done by a professional. Thanks to Express Electrical and JR I can sleep good knowing that my circuit panel wont be hazardous anymore and more importantly, won't cause a fire.
