  What a monstrosity! (Having come to know this company better under their employ, I have withdrawn my earlier "positive" review.) This large electrical contractor is incredibly top-heavy, with layer upon layer of management that is out of touch with field workers. Based in chilly Wisconsin, admin seems to be huddling in front of their computer screens and cooking up digital busywork, to stay warm. With daily safety quizzes and superfluous emails flooding in, many recipients simply give up trying to respond. But their "gain share" program hinges on full participation. No matter, they didn't claim to profit at all during the year I worked there (though I, personally, was a high producer). What's worse, they shorted my pay six times in three months. I learned this is not uncommon, as other field workers resorted to photographing their time sheets each Friday, for evidence. Don't be fooled by the (admittedly) impressive array of "perks" they dangle before you, for there are an equal or greater number of pitfalls imbedded in this over-complicated, impractical "organization."

  Faith technologies seemed like a very decent company to build a career. This could not have been further from the truth. Craig Wilson along with Jeremy the super intendent at 4000 Hillsboro pike are probably the worst people I have ever worked with. They will bend the rules all day long for their friends but the average joe like me will be wrote up for being late. But on the other hand they will allow unlimited absences and tardys for their buds. The rule should apply to all or they don’t need to have any rules. You can never win. I actually worked as hard as I could for this company. My whole electrical career I’ve never been told that I’m a bad worker except from this guy Jeremy he is the absolute WORST I’ve ever seen. Good luck to anyone that actually wants to work because they will tell you that you don’t. This guy has serious issues. Most of the super intendents are Good guys and most of them are awesome workers.

  Applied for entry level electrician position and was told that i didn't meet the qualifications.....for entry level!
