  I called to have a valve replaced on my boiler. They sent our 2 guys to “diagnose” the problem, track mud in my house and charge me $100 to tell me I needed the valve replaced. Why they would come without the valve in their truck is beyond me. I asked why I had to pay $100 for them to “diagnose” the issue I had already diagnosed and was told I’d get a call from “Brian”. Brian refused to schedule an appointment at the time. They cashed the check and two weeks have come and gone and we haven’t heard a thing. Terrible customer service. They took $100 and have done nothing. Not even a simple call back. They used to be the best in town. Times have changed and I would encourage you to look elsewhere for any HVAC service.

  I have used family heating cooling and electrical several times on various occasions for various reasons. AC, heating and cooling and installation of a new ceiling fan. Every time I have been impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of workers. I highly recommend them
