  Talking about customer service.!!!!.... Non stop from the time we made the appointment, to their texting that they where on the way, all in a timely manner, was great. Kudos to Ronnie who relocated a new light fixture to the center over our table (which included Dalton crawling in the attic) to stabilize the new fixture. While at the house they also installed a surge protection. We highly recommend them and their work ethic. .....Almost forgot, they did a great clean up job too.

  Horrible company. Wanted to talk money, lots of it, before even testing my outlets. Told them that four outlets stopped working and they wanted to charge a $500 flat rate because who knows, it could cost much more. I said no and called another company. They came out and tested and found an outlet in a cupboard hidden behind some appliances the former owner had left behind. New house to me. I had no idea it was there. Hit the reset button and all four outlets were good. They charged their minimum fee of $149. So, back to Familys Choice. Out and out thieves. Beware of this company.

  We were told there were serious concerns with our exterior outlets - and then charged $400.00 for about 30 minutes of labor to replace 3 outdoor outlets which cost $0.81 each.

  Sorry you didn't see the vaule in sending 2 highly qualified electricians with a fully stocked truck with all the supplies to take care of your electrical needs. Giving you a free estimate and complete price before any work was started. We feel by only hiring the best is better for our customers by allowing the work to be done right the first time and getting it down quickly vs waiting for the tech to call the boss asking what he should do and then going and buying parts and coming back wasting our customers day. We also do not install $0.81 outlets that u find in box stores in damp locations. We do appreciate your feedback Thank you
