  I was out of town and needed to get the balance due on 2 electric bills that were due before I return. On hold for just a couple minutes, then a very helpful lady got me the info I needed very quickly. Excellent service! So sorry for others that report getting very poor service or no one answering the phone.

  Still never answering the phone if we needed robots to take over a job field it should be the people who run the utilities payment services line

  Their employees and the services they provide have always been excellent for me and I was born and raised here, new service, power outage etcetera. Thank you.
