  Bruce has done multiple projects at my property in Kila, including installing a new electrical box for running my generator. Bruce has done excellent work and is very knowledgeable and professional and is easy to work with.

  "Can't give out free advice". Is what I was told when inquiring about an electrical problem. Not very friendly or helpful. With attitude like that it's a miracle they are still a business.

  Levi called me at home on my day off. He then asked me to trouble shoot his problem over the phone and for free. First off this is not possible to do and I told him that I would have to test to see what the problem was.. Second is the liability issue about giving advice to someone that is untrained and could potentially hurt themselves or their property. I was friendly and did reply to several questions, but at a point I do draw the line. I do excellent work, I provide my customers with fast, fair and honest service. But like any other business I am not in a position to tell untrained people how to perform their own electrical work.
