  I've been in the Smithfield/Carrollton area for 28 years and I'm pretty particular with my vehicles because I keep them forever LOL. Ferguson's has been more professional, more accurate with their diagnosis, and more reliable with their workmanship than anywhere I've been. Their prices are also competitive with others (I always check around). I've had engine repair done, A/C system major repairs done and electronic engine controls replaced. Each time James has been meticulous in explaining what's involved and accurate in his estimate of the cost. I've had zero go backs on Ferguson's workmanship. I cannot say that with others in the area. It is hard to find this kind of experience today. Thanks Ferguson's!!

  That has to have been the nicest experience I've had in a long time with customer service. I will absolutely bring my vehicle to them if I need to again. They were so nice, knowledgeable, and reasonable to my wife and her vehicle that I just had to write this review. Thanks guys!

  I would recommend Ferguson auto. Both times that I have been there they have been professional, timely and reasonably priced. I will return.
