The rep who came out knew immediately what the problem was and fixed it within 5 minutes. He was great! However, I am disappointed with the company as it was a problem that could have been addressed over the phone when I called. But I believe they wanted the one hour service charge.

Jimmy came out to my home to inspect some electrical work done by another electrical contractor. He did a thorough job and gave me some very sound advice on how to move forward. I had a very good experience with this company and would use them the next time I have another electrical service need.

Horrible. We ordered all of our brand new home lighting with Ferell. First impression was I couldnt actually come see any lights because the show room was under remodel or something. I spoke to Abby never got an initial return phone call had to reach out again to order the lights. I told her our closing deadline and she reassured me the stuff they order takes a couple of days and it wouldnt be an issue. The electricians said they would be in and out in one day. They fell thru on that so my flooring got pushed back and in turn my closing delayed. The fans were installed all but two of them. I called Abby who was very nice and went out of her way to tell me she would get to the bottom of it and call me back. Also wanted to make sure i knew she was the "owner". She never called me back so once i again i reached out to her and she dismissed me completely and told me to call the receptionist to answer my questions. I was treated rude by her and customer service was non existent. We failed inspection and couldnt close. We ended up having to close without the fans ( they put a couple lights in temporarily) and they didnt arrive for nearly a month. She told me two weeks prior she had tracking information and they would be there that friday or monday. It was two weeks later and once again i had to reach out to her and was finally told the fans had arrived a few days before. We set up an appt to have them installed and no one showed up so i called and an appt hadnt even been correctly set up. Working with this company has been a nightmare, but honestly if the owner was concerned with customer service and showed some sort of care or concern my experience would have been much better.
