  Worked for the company, and would strongly recommend avoiding employment with them. If you have legitimate concerns that you bring up to leadership then you are threatened with being fired. If you do not horse play or laugh at driving drunk, you will be outcast as well. Retaliation is common and working for such a degrading organization was my biggest career mistake. Above anything else, you are disposable here and treated as such. The pay is bad too.
