  I called Cody when I bought a house that a flipper had started however not finished the electrical. They hadn’t pulled permits and it was freezing outside so I needed power. Cody and his team got me in within a matter of a few days and pulled the permits and got everything inspected and passed by the city. Will for sure use Cody again.

  Finding someone who is trustworthy and does great work I've learned can be quite the task. Luckily, through a recommendation I found a good one. Cody works fast and really does awesome work. Also, he was completely transparent with costs and how and why he was doing what he was doing. Will definitely have him back, give him a call!
