  Terrible service after the sale. New home built, builder bought fans from in-line. They didn’t work, after many back and forth. We took a video and they finally replaced the fans. New fans installed, one not working correctly. They now want me to pay to install the replacement and also pay for a fan and get the $ back if the manufacture says the fan didn’t experience a surge. Had Dixie electric check it and they said it wasn’t a surge. They even called in-line and talked with Tom, the manager. Told minutes ago they would replace the fan, minutes later called back and they said it was a mistake , I would need to pay for Install and fan. Wow! Folks, run away from this place. There first response is no to any service after the sale. Go to Lowe’s, Home Depot or someplace else.
