  Randy and Ross are super professional and their quality of work is awesome. They installed the latest LED ceiling lights, outlets, outside outlets, outside lights, and a 200 amp breaker box. All wiring was in conduit and the ceiling lights were 14 feet high and made the installation look easy. They installed everything the way I wanted it. I'm a perfectionist, and couldn't find one thing wrong!!! Randy and Ross worked when the temperature was 20 degrees and never complained. I will use Firefly Electric from now on for all my electrical needs and future projects. This is a great company from the owner to the workers!!!

  I have been having electrical issues for almost a year at a clinic that I manage. I had them come out and take a look. What they discovered is that it was on PSO's side. I then contacted PSO. They came out and did a bunch of things over the course of 6 months, but the issue was still happening. They told me there was nothing else that they could do and I needed to call an electrician again. I called Firefly again. Robin and Forrest are so helpful and listened to me basically have a meltdown over this issue. They sent someone else out within the week. I cannot remember this gentleman's name, maybe Jonathon, not sure. But this guy found that the issues were still on PSO's side. He told me exactly what I needed to tell them was happening. PSO came back that day., argued with me about the issue. I told him what the guy had said. He was outside for 30 minutes and all my electric is working perfectly. I can not express how grateful I am to this company. They went out of their way to help get my issue resolved. Thank you guys so so much! All the fur babies we treat really appreciate you as well!

  Last week, I called Firefly in a panic because my new tankless hot water heater inspection was denied due to needing a dedicated outlet in our garage water closet. One the owners of Firefly, Robin answered my call, was very patient, listened to everything I had to say, even me having a breakdown crying….. She had me text pics of my breaker box explained the complete process to me and set my appt when every other electrical repair company said they could not get me in until Mid-August. She was so very understanding of my dilemma and handled it all with grace and I couldn’t be more pleased with the work they have done. Thank you Robin and Forrest, you guys totally saved the day!!! YOU ROCK!! I will recommend you guys to everyone I know!! Thanks so much!!! Carrie Brown 😁
