    To be honest, they are not professional enough, not responsible for what they did, and only concerned about the payment. The person they send doesn't know any Fiber networking stuff but he is very polite and hard working. Since they didn't finish the work so I called their boss second day and saying you need to pay another payment and we will troubleshoot more. I was telling him what I conclude the network issue and who has a very bad temper asked me that do I know any networking. Funny thing is that I hired another well-trained person and fix the same issue in only 15 mins as I told them my assumption of the issue. Call me on the same day even the work is not completed and ask us about the payment, and next day call me again for the payment. I DO NOT recommend at all.

    While I do apologize that there was a misunderstanding of how we handle emergency calls from nonclients, I can assure you that we discussed the site's current status and performed professional services. We performed a site survey on the site location without having any site specification or site network map layout. Firmament Solutions Fiber tech tested the existing fiber and confirmed that there was no breakage on the line. We also conducted a polarity test which we were instructed by MP Internal tech support to change out the existing SFP from the switch in the IDF where the fiber was drooping on occasion throughout the day. Unfortunately, there were no existing SFP on site, and we were not asked to bring any as the service call came in stating that their system was intermittent due to a fiber strand breakage. MP asks that we go to the site to investigate the existing fiber intermitting issues. MP informed Firmament Solutions that this problem had just started a week ago and they needed us to go to the site as the Orginal Installers refuse to return to the site to provide a warranty for their install. Our Technician Spent 4hrs on site, which the system never dropped. Our team attempted to reconstruct the existing fiber issue but was unsuccessful. Firmament Solutions did not find breakage in the existing Fiber, nor did the Client has a spare SFP for their existing network specification. Our team was called and ask to return the next day. MP stated that they would order the parts to replace the existing SFP on site. We stated yes, but there will be additional service charges which are standard business practice. The Client refuses to pay any additional charges and did not Pay for the initial visit. This MSP will not pay us for the visit and the service provided to confirm the newly Installed Fiber was not broken. We Provided the following service by using our Fiber OTDR. We were not paid because we would not return to replace an SFP module that the customer did not have on-site when we made our initial visit. Once again I apologize for any confusion but we are owed for work rendered to your company.

    I would not recommend this Company what so ever. The Owner, Adrian Andrews, is not an honest man as he claims to be and is very unprofessional. I worked for this company for a few months and it was far from pretty. There were multiple times when Paychecks were late or short. He would make excuses and lie about why he couldn’t pay you. The blatant lies he would tell were endless. Change Payment Policies at a drop of a dime to basically pay his employees less for the pay period. There was a time after a long day of working out of town when myself and another employee went to check into our Hotel, provided by Firmament Solutions, only to find that the Payment was declined and Our room was not available. When I reached out to Mr. Andrews, he told me that I shouldn’t worry about that and that the situation was bigger than me. I could go on and on about the horrible experience I had. There came a time when work on a project was completed and he ultimately could not pay the handful of employees he had. He wanted us to continue working for him and trust that he would pay us in a few weeks. Ultimately, due to the lack of trust and him not following through with his word on multiple occasion I decided to leave the company. A few decided to stay and I’m sure they regretted it. I was entitled to a final paycheck from the Company and sought to receive it. He told me that he didn’t have a Payment for me yet, not even a partial payment. He ended up hiring another employee to take my place, and also paid him and I had not received even a penny. I reached out to him on multiple occasions in regards to my final paycheck. After a little more than a year of back and forth emails, phone calls, lies lies and more lies I received all the money that I was owed. Do yourself a favor, work somewhere else.
