  During pandemic, employee refused to wear mask while working indoors in high traffic area at my workplace, which serves people with disabilities. Was asked multiple times, and employee said that people should just "stay away from him," which is not possible in a confined space, and against mandatory mask mandates in any case. Asked me if it bothered me that he wasn't wearing a mask, and I said it was just against our policy. Instead of putting on mask to protect others, he took it personally and refused to take a simple safety measure.
