  After having trouble with the website applying for service, I decided to go to the Perry office to apply in person. By God’s grace, Briana Hart was working the front desk. She warmly greeted me with a smile and went out of her way to make the whole process go smoothly and quickly. She also faxed the proof of service to my new landlord as they had requested. As she finished, she welcomed me to the area and went over the welcome package materials with me. I’ve truly never had such friendly service from a utility before. I sincerely hope that Flint Energies recognizes how well Briana represents them!

  Basic Monthly Service Charge of $29.00 to cover " bringing energy to your home, provide offices, metering personnel, member services representatives to assist you, and billing services" is absolutely ridiculous. I guess when you're the only provider in the area you can do what you want and add nonsense like this. If you have the option I would stay far away from this company. Their kWh rates are also higher than other providers. They don't check the box in any category.

  “Accidentally cut power” Ive been waiting for an hour to cut back on and I am still currently waiting. Accidents should not take this long to fix in my opinion. Not to mention how often they seem to accidentally do this to us. Actually ridiculous.
