They referred my account to collections for money I don't owe and now money I DON'T owe is on my credit report. 0 stars. Reps are impossible to get ahold of. Customer service is nonexistent. These people are the lowest trash imaginable.

Day 6 no power, no answers, not even a truck. Guess if it was Naples or Miami power would be on. Had to give a one star but should be a -5 stars.
