What better status in life but to operate a monopoly. I closed my account after moving from my apartment. I called and made a "final payment" over the phone, but they turned over a $13 charge to a collection agency 3 months later. I then called to settle the charge and was given nothing but "I'm sorry but..." I know this review does nothing since there's no competition. You don't have a choice. Tread lightly. Best of luck.

FpL were awesome! We had a power outage last night, they came out and restored power in the middle of the night AND sent a full crew to take away the multiple branches they had to cut down . They were SO efficient and took the time to clean up afterwards. They showed lots of integrity!!
