  I called them at 6:20, after hours because we found out there was an issue because the electricity went out in a couple of ODD places. Like, it wasn't just one room's worth... it was ALL ceiling lights, and MOST electrical sockets, but not all. So it was NOT just "a fuse blown" . (I bought new fuses to make sure!) After he came, we found an EXPLODED wire in the basement. He tested it, and it was indeed the issue. IT started smoking, sparking, crackling, and all sorts of TERRIFYING THINGS WERE HAPPENING. He turned the power to the house off, and fixed it within an hour or so, he even gave us some information about some other electrical things going on in the house, as well as offered to turn our fuse box into a circuit box sometime in the future! He was super nice, prompt, on time, and actually CARED unlike the other Coldwater electrical companies I called who wouldn't even come out to look, for any price. Who knows what would have happened if no one would have came? I could be sitting in a pile of ashes right now. FM is amazing, bar none, and I highly recommend to anyone for good prices, friendly, fast, and genuinely caring service! Thank you FM!!! <3

  I have called them 3 times asking for an estimate on a project that I would like to complete before this winter. I have not heard back from anyone after the first 2 calls that I made. On the 3rd attempt the mailbox to leave messages was full. I have heard very good things about F/M Electric, but this is no way to run a business. If you are that busy fine, but you should still get back with the customer.
