  We have a standby generator installed by this company. The maintenance plan is in effect for another year and a half. I contacted the company about an error given by the generator. It no longer test-runs every week. I was told they would come to take a look. In the last two weeks, they have not picked up my calls nor have they returned them.

  I first started using Focal Electric when I started my company 15 years ago. I had gotten bids from several other contractors that made it clear they would do anything they could to inflate what they charged me. George and his guys quoted a much better price and helped me find ways to cut costs. Then they did first-rate work. I've worked with them over a dozen times since then, and it's always been a good experience.

  A great electrical contracting company. Been in business for years and they pride themselves on high quality work with attention to detail. I have used them numerous occasions for both service calls and upgrades on my property. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
