We contacted Forrest for a yearly generator tune up. He arrived on time, was kind, courteous, and extremely professional. Our generator battery was dead as well, so he replaced in addition to the tune up. We were extremely happy with the service provided and will contact him in the future for sure! Highly recommend ..

Cody was fast and efficient and professional. Our Generator is dependable and has always worked like a charm especially during and immediately after Sally. We have their annual maintenance agreement and it’s one less thing we have to keep up with. Thry are dependable and always let us know when it’s time for our service.

WARNING: Do not make the biggest, most expensive mistake of your life by buying a generator from this company!!!! We signed a contract on 06/11/2021 and gave them a check for $6000, agreeing to pay the remaining balance of $6000 at date of delivery, which we were assured would be absolutely no later than 02/28/2022, but to expect delivery before the end of December 2021. After speaking with Mr. Forrest Jordan in February 2022, we promised that today, April 8, 2022, would be generator delivery day. But NO, without even a phone call from them to explain that our appointment had been cancelled by them, the wait continues until when? Probably after a second hurricane season since purchase has come and gone. And if it has taken this long and countless other cancelled delivery dates (by them), how are we supposed to trust that the company will fulfill its maintenance agreement after delivery, if they ever do deliver? Will let everyone know if they actually keep our next scheduled appointment on April 18, 2022. Just want to share our experience to date so that others can make an informed decision about purchasing a generator from this disreputable company.

Now that your generator is set and ready for final installation, we do hope that you feel better about your purchase. As we discussed in February and again in April, we remain committed to having your generator ready for hurricane season, and are still on track to do so. We know the supply chain challenges have been stressful for everyone, and we will keep working to get all of our valued customers served as quickly as possible.
