  Before moving to Fort Valley I called And asked about Internet Service was told I could get Com-South I paid Deposit and Was given a date for service connection Which was For Today Tuesday May 19 - 2020 Appointment Schedule for 1 o’clock . No service Tech came by 1 o’clock so I called and was told service tech has a window time between 1 and 3 o’clock so I continue to wait till 3 o’clock still no tech arrived ! I called again this time receptionist said she’d call Service Tech, Put me on hold to call Tech then told me - The tech said “I could not get this Com - South service at my residence location (after I was told Weeks ago I could Com South Service (not once but two times when I called ahead of moving to this residence!) So today I waited hours to be told I could not get Com-South Internet Service , I Spoke to someone for my Deposit Return , but was very disappointed I couldn’t get the Internet Service I was interested in and expected to get after inquiring ahead of this new residence purchase, (And as told I could get at this new residence. My location is near Hurt Elementary School 1750 US-341, Fort Valley, GA 31030 and Jehovah Witness Kingdom Hall 1537 US-341, Fort Valley, GA 31030 For further reference Fort Valley Utilities department should use this for training purposes to better serve to new customers for their Internet Service Provider ‘Information Given to new Customers should be accurate’
