Clayton arrived promptly, inspected the crawlspace encapsulation (installed a year ago), and re-taped a couple sections where the tape had loosened. He was personable, professional, and advised us on changing the filter on the dehumidifier. I don't have a "before" photo, but the difference in looks, smell, and temperature is dramatic. Left the work area spotless. Recommend!

FSM is by far the best company in west Michigan for waterproofing and whole home generators. Ben came to my home and went over all my options and we came up up with solutions for me. When he left my home the projects were all scheduled. On the first day I had a crew of Cory, Shamar, and Brady show up and installed the sump pumps and finger drains. Everything was done perfectly and they cleaned up afterwards better than I would have. The next day Aaron and Ben M came and installed my whole home generator. Again they gave me a professional job and explained the whole system plus operated it for me. As a state building inspector I was completely impressed with their entire company. I definitely would recommend them to anyone that I actually like.

We had FSM install a crawl space encapsulation a year ago and have been very pleased with their service and product. Last week we had an annual inspection and Ethan I. was professional and pleasant to deal with. He communicated clearly and showed us photos that he took during his inspection. He answered our questions and made recommendations. Thanks for great service!
