  Received a call back same day and schedule my appointment for the following week! Aaron showed up a few minutes early and completed the work and clean up in the time quoted that it would take. First job I have done on my home in 3 years (which there has been many) that I felt was affordably priced, and by far the most professional. Great job Venture!

  I contacted Chad to perform some minor work such as repair/replace GFCI outlets that were noted in a home inspection report. He told me it would be 3 weeks. After I waited 4.5 weeks he emailed me an estimate for the work, sight unseen, for $2,100, knowing I was under a time-crunch to get the work done in order to close on my house. Dishonest in my opinion. I found another licensed electrician to come take care of it and he charged me for 3.25 hours work and about $30 in parts for 2 GFCI outlets. I should have known better than to call him because on the two previous occasions that I used Venture Electric (1) Chad screwed up the location of the electrical floor outlet for a new gas range even though I had given him a diagram. I had to call him back out to relocate it and he charged me a second time to fix his work, and (2) his guy misdiagnosed the problem with my ETS heater and I had to call someone else out to fix it.

  Had an electrical issue at my Airbnb while a guest was staying there, late on Friday afternoon I got the call, we don't have power! So I called around and had to leave a message with the company. They promptly called back and had a guy over there within 30 min. The service disconnect had an issue and the equipment needed to be replaced. They got it done late afternoon on a Friday, couldn't of been happier with the service. Thank you!
