Super professional and friendly, allowed me to ask questions during the process and be more aware of my home's electrical system! They installed a 14-50 NEMA Plug outside my home to charge an electric vehicle. They were done in a matter of an hour. The estimate requested was favorable compared to local competitors, however the final invoice came and was almost 30% cheaper than the estimate! Highly recommend this company!

I cannot speak to the overall performance of the electricians at Fowler but I can say that their receptionists are rude and unprofessional. It is surprising that they would allow the behavior exhibited.

I had to have my very old panel box updated and moved to pass inspection.  Clay was very responsive and the guys that did the work (Chris, Jeremy and Pat) were on time and completed the job in a timely manner although there were many complications due to the age of my panel box.  After the power was restored, I had issues unrelated to the panel box, and they quickly came back out to check the issue and fix it.  I now feel much safer in my home.

Courteous and very professional~ quick appointment, fair pricing, very detailed bid & invoice, left the work areas cleaner than they found them, and they stand behind everything they do

Had a technician (AJ) come out to install GFI’s in my garage and bathroom. Afterwards a garage light wasn’t working. Did my check to see if I could fix the issue, by changing out light bulbs and checking to see if the lines were hot. I changed the bulbs and there was no power on the lines. Called the company and the manager (Clay) said if it’s an unrelated issue, they would charge for the visit. Had the same technicians come out and they found out the circuit breaker wasn’t full engaged. The technician (AJ) had turned off circuit breakers while working on changing GFI’s. His exact words to me were “I’m not sure whose fault it is. But I’ll talk to my boss and tell him that I don’t feel that you should be charged for this visit”. Later, I get billed for $90 for the 5 minutes of labor they performed. I spoke with the manager (Clay) who tells me it was an unrelated issue. But what really pisses me off is that the technician (AJ) never told his manager what he said to me about being charged for the visit. The manager even had all of us on the phone together to discuss what happened. And the technician totally denied ever telling me that. It was terrible customer service and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Clay Clark is the consumate professional. Great staff.

Came to my house to look at my sauna. Spent an hour tinkering around only to then tell me they know nothing about Saunas and sent me an invoice for $90.

We have had fast, quality work and courteous service at incredibly reasonable prices both times we have used them. Thank you!

These guys did a great job on our commercial office upfit. Very professional and got the job done!
