  Absolutely terrible customer service. No one knows what is going on, management has never contacted us after numerous requests to speak to them. The unit went out 3 times, the first 3 days after it was first installed. Our new unit is only 4 years old and we’ve had absolutely nothing but problems. A tech dropped our air handler cover and completely broke my son’s closet. Had to have them come out twice (1/2022) before they listened to me that our heating element wasn’t working and then not even a week later (2/8/2022) the blower on the air handler was bad and almost burned our house down. And we still have no replacement part and no contact from a manager. Do not use this company, nothing but problems on a 4 year old unit and absolutely no communication from a manager in the 4 years since install.

  THEY DID THE RIGHT THING & REPLACED IT FREE!! I had a brand new Carrier ac installed Saturday, 3.19.22 and within less than 24 hours it stopped working. Woke me up at 3am, hot & gave me a migraine. What was upsetting is I was told I needed a new ac after they fixed mine which was perfectly fine & working as mine was reaching 10 years old. So service came the next morning & the transformer was bad. I don’t trust this unit already problems. Horrible situation & stress & told management would call me within 24/48 hours. I want my old ac back. Regrets. And the outdoor unit was a bent wire, for brand new? So stressful when I have to work. Brand new unit failing not even 24 hours old. But they did the right thing. So I trust them now!

  What a scam company. Do not use this company. My toilet was not working for weeks, and they attempted to repair my toilet without success. Then denied services stating it was working. Their technician reported that the needed my septic tank drain and tells us in person that the toilet crack inside. They continued to denied service. I have been flat out lied to by their agents. Do they really think people won't retaliate and take them to court? It’s very sad that they would rather cheat people than provide the service they state on their contract .
