Hired Frank's as a contractor for a large electrical upgrade to my entire property. They installed a whole new 200 amp service, meter, two breaker panels, and ran power to a new workshop I added to my premises. Took a couple of calls to get scheduled (I think they're just very busy, for good reason), but Frank himself came to do the estimate. Many companies send their newest journeyman I think. He was sharp, flippant, funny, and very easy to work with. Theirs wasn't the lowest estimate but was the most accurately itemized and they struck me as highly professional. That assessment was borne out in spades by the work they did. I found all three crew members who came to my home (Todd, Mario, and Lorenzo) to be highly knowledgeable, went above and beyond making several on-the-fly changes without additional charges, and the entire project (several thousand dollars) came in on time and slightly under the original estimate, even with a couple of unexpected but necessary additions. I'd had another company install a heat pump unit in the shop, and Frank's crew caught a couple of mistakes they had made in wiring placement so they were corrected before inspection. Arrived when they said they would, did the work they promised to do, and charged me what I expected. Can't say that about far too many businesses these days. Five star service in all respects. Recommended.

Solved same day. Slow truck. Lorenzo, Frank's tech, quickly discovered our problem was an abnormal unbalanced current from the meter. I needed to call PNM. Excellent work, very satisfied, EXCEPT for the round-up, against us, on the port-to-port trip surcharge: Due to a very big truck that only goes 65mph, a 25 minute trip (according to Google maps) took over a half hour, which bumped the port-to-port trip charge to a full hour (30 minute increments) on the clock at $85/hr, on top of the $25 fixed trip charge, on top of the actual work. REALLY? When I complained he offered a 10% senior discount (good to know about!); so we almost split the difference. Darn. And we so wanted to like these guys.
