  Had them install a water heater for us, less than 2 years later it was broken. They replaced under warranty but charged us 2.5 hours of labor when it took them 30 minutes to put a new one in. Called to dispute the labor costs charged and took them a month to send us a corrected bill. Just after the corrected bill arrived they sent us a statement saying we were 30 days late on payment and needed to pay immediately. When fixing the water heater they found a water leak in our basement, spent 2 weeks leaving messages to get an appointment for them to fix it and nobody returned our calls. Found someone else who came out next day and fixed it. I never write reviews but I was so frustrated by this experience I had to share. Would never recommend and will not be doing business with them in the future.

  Called them for 3 days and I was never able to set up an appointment or set up a time to get an estimate. Even after I found another electrician they never called to say why they never got back to me or couldn't do the job. Would not recommend.

  Both times I've had problems with my furnace Frank's sent over someone and had the problem solved very quickly. Highly recommended.
