  We own a new (Atlantic Builders) home and were experiencing a short in one of the outside lines. Matt and Jason from Franklin Electric stopped today, and quickly identified and fixed the short. Matt and Jason could have not been more professional, friendly and hardworking!!! We're very pleased!

  They are a sub for Stanley martin homes and have a sister company "Smart Com" that does the communications. The mark up by them or Stanley martin is insane. I don't trust them or SMH.

  I don’t know how this place has 5 stars. I called twice to schedule an appointment/consultation and never heard back. Terrible!
