This company is a scam ... They wrongful sent my tenants account to collection service with my name ... My tenant said bill statement was lost during holidays time and so they forget to pay. But this company is not doing the right thing they didn't try to reach out to the customer first . Should be reported to BBB.

After talking with Mary, I decided to change my review . It wasn’t this company’s fault of the service I received , versus it was there after hours company employees . Mary reached out to me and provided excellent customer service . Thank you Mary !

After being neighbors with them for a solid year and a half, and knowing most of their crew fairly well, in addition to our landlord working with them for over 50 years, they decided to disconnect a service line to a property we manage due to not being used. No phone call, no heads up. They went past a gate, required by law to make contact with owner or manager(You cannot tell them they can't have their stuff, they just have to make contact), and just took it. Service was already set up to be used with an electrician in 3 weeks, for yard lights. Now apparently they need $2100 to put power to exactly where they took it from, all they need to do is literally pull the wire that is still laying there up to the pole and connect it. Or they can put power to a different pole for a $1400 minimum. I should also mention the mess they made here, leaving wires scattered and the pole a mess. Absolutely refuse to work with you, when a simple phone call, letter, or email would have solved the issue to begin with. Policy this and that, and minimums to get a crew out there. So long story short, long game we will come out just fine on this deal, but know your laws about what they can and can't do, FMCS-I never expected you to come out and re do it for free-as I stated on the phone. I understand costs, but when it was an entire lack of communication on your part, with absolutely no attempt in any capacity, I don't feel I should be paying entirely for your mess up. We have never had a late payment, and have always treated you fairly when you need our services as well. Nice to see the way it goes working with you.
