  I contracted with Sayeed to install three ceiling fans. He was responsive and kept me informed about schedules until he arrived on site. Sayeed is detailed oriented, approaches his work if it were for him and is a very nice person. I enjoyed talking with him. His rates a fair and reasonable.

  Had 7 new ceiling fans installed. Great communication leading up to the job, showed up for installation on time, excellent job putting every ceiling fan together out of the box, great job installing the fans and each working wonderfully. Reasonable rates and a nice guy. Would definitely recommend and will use his services again for future electrical work.

  Sayyid went above and beyond to install my EV charging NEMA 14-50 outlet. On the D-day, when I didn't have the required parts, he offered to go to home depot to get it. He was thorough with the job and made sure installed outlet worked fine & confirmed with the local codes. Few honest & awesome professionals out there like him. I will request his services again when needed, and highly recommend him for residential electrical projects.
