Took a winch in to get an ESTIMATE to decide if I should have it fixed or buy a new one and it was clearly marked on the ticket estimate! Then I get a call saying its fixed for $189 when I can buy a new one for $200!!! Plus charged me to rewind it when I can rewind the cable on it myself! Never going there again or recommending it to anyone!!
