  Called and spoke with reception (real person). Left name, number and type of service need. She advised I would get a call back from service manager who would schedule my appointment. Has now been three days with no call back.

  I’d been quoted some wild prices for some fairly straightforward work. I emailed FULL MOON, got a response immediately, and a few days later, very knowledgeable, professional and helpful guys showed up (wearing masks, major +) and took care of all our issues with no fuss. Very impressed with them, especially compared to the several other electricians we had come out. Thanks, guys.
