  My lights and my neighbor's lights have been flickering for days. I called this morning and requested that someone come out and check my service. The lady I spoke to was very nice.. Crews arrived in less than 30 minutes and identified the issues that could have contributed to the problem. They replaced wires for me and my neighbors. They worked quickly and provided updates while working. No more flickering lights. I am very happy.

  Worst customer service I have ever had in my life, and always very rude when I call about my bill. And now we have to pay a $100 deposit on top of a $50 reconnect fee. And when we called to ask about it the lady on the phone said if you pay tour bill on time then you wouldn’t have to pay another deposit. So if you are living check to check and are late you need to pay more. That makes a lot of sense right?

  A company living in the past, that is a necessity if you live here. Their online pay system is extremely dated and only works on Internet explorer now. The pay by the phone method is it automated script from at least the 90s. You can only pay by check directly to them. They do not send out automatic bill reminders, nor can you set up auto pay. Everything has to be snail mailed. It is the bill I hate to pay every time I pay it, just because of how horrible it is to give them money. I am actually worried to put my information into any of their systems, because of how dated everything is, when we live in the era of security breaches. Legitimately the worst part about living around Gallatin.
